“this review is for the billing department not the surgeons. I was sent a bill for my hip replacement and it stated it was for the surgery itself. I found out after I had over paid due to a secondary insurance covering my remainder bill and gotten a refund that they had snuck in a $300 charge for a walker that my insurance already paid for and shows I owe $0 for... I have been waiting months for this refund for the walker and cannot get ahold of anybody in the billing department with an explanation”
