“First I waited an hour before she came to see me , She was very mean, she spoke to me badly And like she was angry, kept disagreeing w me and was trying to make me take different medicines even tough I explained to her I don't like the side effects and the pills I currently took was helping me w my chronic pain , I also have one kidney and can't take a lot of the medicine , and I also explained how I have a special needs child that's totally dependent on me and I have to take my pills if I have pain to be able to take care of her , she twisted my words and also treated me like I'm an addict, said this is the last refill and if I want to continue taking these pills I have to go to a different office ! I explained how my Dr which is Kate never said those things to me and she said well I'm her boss and I make the decisions she also kept saying I have to get surgery or do more injections even tough I've done 5 in the past and told her how painful they are and don't help me , she's not even my Dr, my Dr was on vacation and is why I had to see her, Kate has always treated me w love and compassion and has never made me feel so bad like Cristina did yesterday , I cried on my way home and after being home couldn't stop crying ! She made me feel lower than I already been feeling”
