“The medical professional (Kelly DeFeo) I saw was shockingly rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of listening and providing care, she spoke down to me and made me feel unwelcome and disrespected. Patients deserve compassion, respect, and professionalism, none of which I experienced here. Based on this visit, I would not recommend this facility to anyone seeking quality care. If you value being treated with dignity and having your concerns taken seriously, I strongly suggest going elsewhere.”

“I found Kelli DeFeo for pain management when I moved to the area. She really listened to my back story and has helped A LOT!! I needed a Primary Care doctor. It was when they were working on the Cranmore Health building, so Kelli told me about Dr Sidiqui so I went to him. Living not very close I switched to a closer doctor for my primary care... BIG MISTAKE!! They didn't help with an ongoing problem and refused 2 medications I had been on. I swallowed my pride, bowed my head in embarrassment and asked if I could come back. Dr Sidiqui made me feel comfortable right away again. He has helped me in feeling better. I am so happy I went back to him. I feel like between the two of them I am getting on track to feeling the best I can. I have issues from a bad medical problem I had 10 years ago. I am very happy with everyone at Cranmore. Medical Assistants are great too. Also the reception area people are so nice.”

“I only have good things to say about Dr. Siddiqui at Cranmore Health Partners. He is very attentive to my needs and concerns. Dr. Siddiqui has worked very well with my specialist in making sure everyone is on the same page with my care. Alberto his MA is great, friendly and very professional. The girls, Nancy and Tammy are always smiling and happy to help on any way that they can. I would recommend this office to anyone who wants their Doctor to listen to them.”

“I tried to reschedule and appointment that was made yesterday for today due to my records not being there from my primary care office and thinking they should be received first. Kelly Defeo or her receptionist clearly didn't realize I had answered her phone call and she was telling somebody about how "this girl just made this appointment yesterday and she's trying to cancel on me, are you kidding me?" And other things. Who I assume was Kelly, hung up and called me back and when I told her I could hear what she was saying about me she got defensive, saying "you really shouldn't cancel this appointment, it wastes my time and messes up my scheduler." Amongst other things. She told me to still come to this appointment, she didn't need my records- she'd learn about me through our "one hour appointment she sets aside that I'm now wasting that somebody else who really needs it could have taken" She continued to tell me how valuable her time is and how I'm taking away from people who "are in PAIN! A lot of PAIN! All the time" then she goes "I mean you know that clearly you are too" Yes Kelly, I clearly am in pain, that's why I was unfortunately referred to you. She also told me if I rescheduled this would be my first strike. I told her that I honestly thought her having my records would help both of us and that I was sorry i misunderstood. Between her berating me I told her I was not longer interested in receiving care from her due to her attitude. She continued with said attitude. It was very strange, rude, and unprofessional. I remained professional until the end when I told her "I now understand why you have so many bad google reviews" and hung up.”
