Initially, I would commend the exceptional service provided by the two women at the front. As a 34-year-old male, I had a unfortunate accident on August 31, 2025, and my subsequent visit was on September 3rd. During my interaction with the nurse practitioner, I expressed my concerns and expectations more clearly than she did. I appreciated the ambiance and care provided, which gave me hope for a speedy recovery and removal from the disabled list. However, I have been prescribed multiple medications, which is sufficient for my needs. To summarize, the nurse practitioner did not discuss my test results with me during my visit, and instead, called me later with an attitude, inquiring about morphine and codeine. I had previously contacted the office to inquire about my treatment plan until Monday, but I received no callbacks or responses, as if my sole intention was to obtain medication. In reality, I was willing to undergo shots and procedures, but I was left without a clear plan. Following my shower accident, I expected more empathy and care. I have since emailed the doctors and copied the head of the office, but I have received no response. My initial visit did not solely focus on medication; I had asked about weaning me off certain medications. I am aware of how to manage my urine test results, and I have nothing to hide. I had openly discussed my purchase of marijuana, and I am aware that a license is not required to visit a dispensary. I felt disrespected, as if I was being judged for using laced weed. Furthermore, there was a mention of follow-up appointments every two weeks, but I have yet to receive a call or response. I caution others not to be deceived by the caring demeanor, as I observed a judgmental attitude. As an Access-a-Ride driver, I have been involved in two car accidents, and I am eager to return to work. I initially thought the office provided amazing care, but unfortunately, that was not the case. A simple callback to discuss my treatment plan until Monday would have been appreciated, especially considering it is now Tuesday. I had fallen on the Sunday prior, and my medication list, which includes oxy, Xanax, hydrocodone, hydroxyzine, promethazine, clonidine, oxycodone, gabapentin, Lyrica, and Xanax, is sufficient. I am unsure why morphine and codeine were detected in my urine, as I have not used those substances recently. I recall a similar incident in high school when my mom requested a urine test to detect weed, and the results showed opium. I am perplexed by the presence of morphine and codeine in my system, especially since I have been taking other medications. I had surgery on my knee in January and was prescribed hydrocodone. I also receive hydroxyzine, promethazine pills, clonidine, oxycodone, gabapentin, Lyrica, and Xanax. With this medication regimen, I am unsure what kind of high I would be seeking. I was left without a plan, no workout regimen, and no stretches. I even agreed to Botox injections for headaches, which ironically worsened my headaches. I advise others not to be treated like test subjects and to avoid being labeled as drug addicts when they are genuinely in pain. I was not provided with basic pain management options like Motrin doesn't work but it's the care factor . The lack of empathy and follow-up calls was disappointing. If I were seeking medication, I would not have agreed to shots and procedures. The office showed a lack of care, and I was not disrespectful; I simply needed a plan until my situation was resolved. As of today, September 25th, 2025, I have yet to receive any emails or calls. It seems that the office is only interested in reporting my test results without providing adequate care or follow-up. I was not seeking medication; I was grateful for the initial care, but the subsequent treatment was subpar. I have daughters, and the office's actions have caused me more pain. Initially, the experience was great, but the subsequent dates and interactions have raised concerns.

What a fabulous experience with Dr. Hunter! He explained why some of the previous doctors' interventions had been counterproductive and explained exactly what we needed to do, which was not even the out-of-pocket procedure that we had contacted him about. Instead, he recommended a minimally invasive procedure that is covered by Medicare that we were unaware ofand expects that this will bring good pain relief. He took plenty of time to answer our questions and explain things in detail. I wish all doctors were like him!!

My experience visiting Dr. Hunter's office was very professional, and the receptionist was extremely courteous, helpful, and polite. Dr. Hunter was exceptional. Very patient. pinpointed all the areas that was causing my pain and offered me several options to relieve the pain as he explained everything I Left feeling hopeful that maybe I will get some relief from the pain. My pain has gotten 100% better with my treatments I'm receiving.
