Patient Testimonials

Dr Webb is amazing. She has made it so I can be active again. She is kind and caring and listens to her patients.

My Dr. is Jill Ross and she is just the sweetest ever! She's truly so kind and knowledgeable. She's the first doctor to know about my rare diagnosis and the best way to treat it. She's patient and works with you. I won't go anywhere else. Unless she moves facilities in which I will follow her there. The office staff is very kind and works with your schedule. The facility is very clean and just a great place all around. I was scared when my old doctor retired and I had to come here but now it think it was a blessing in disguise.

Thryss

Use to be Exceptional! Use to be great! Now, it's barely tolerable. They deserve negative stars, but Google doesn't allow that. Dr. only showed up part-time. And it may not be the same Dr you saw late time. Why? Because s/he left the office or company. Many times when you are informed that the Dr. will be with you. It's the nurse practitioner (NP), not a Dr. Also, during my appointments, NP has to repeatedly leave the appointment room to grab paperwork to explain issues and answer questions. Many times, it doesn't answer the question that I asked. She doesn't answer all the questions posed to her, nor does she provide the requested material/contract I signed. She doesn't have any idea of what we were meeting for at my most recent appointments; despite having requested an MRI repeatedly, having to contact or come back to this office repeatedly for authorizations or complaints aboutthe missing document, and constantly remind her and the rest of the people in this office I'm still waiting on the authorizations MRIs her office requested. This is in addition to the constant disregard of pain and seriousness of my pain. Only to inform me (insult me) by saying several times that my pain is just "normal wear and tear.". My husband stated that if my pain was normal, then everyone would be here with this issue, including him. (He's several years older than me without any back problems.) The disregarding of me and my husband's comments, concerns, and requests; the dismissive way they handle our complaints regarding my pain; lack of empathy; and their bedside manner has made me look for another pain management team. Especially since this team lacks everything a good pain management team needs, should have, and should be required.

Do not let your loved ones go here. This place is nothing more than a prescription mill. They just blindly prescribe Percocet. They do not manage or care about side effects. They do not look to see possible and potentially dangerous drug interactions. They do not monitor abuse or misuse stemming from chemical dependency. They do not check for hepatotoxicity, which is actually mind blowing seeing as how most modern pain killers are cut with Tylenol. It's my opinion that there is some type of financially beneficial, kickback, agreement between the prescribers here and Endo Pharmaceuticals and the other Oxycodone manufacturers. Do not let your loved ones go here, especially elderly loved ones.
