“When I first came to Brad Lindsey I thought I had found the best team to help me with all my body had been through. His nurse Candy is AMAZING!! His wife Jennifer is also GREAT! Every other nurse their needs some serious lessons in compassion and manners. Lindsey began weaning me off an extremely strong, round-the-clock patch too rapidly and then went on spring break. He had to take time from his vacation to call in a med for me. When he got back from his vacation, he told me to come in. He then had me brought to a room "they never use" (according to the nurse who walked me back) and took his time their to belittle and yell at me about how "not special" I am and that he could just send me away as he wished, which is exactly what he ended up doing. Of course, Crystal, the nurse, said she was dismissing me for non-compliance, but isn't it funny how my records all say "patient is compliant with medications and follow ups". So when they get tired of you complaining about mistakes or how long it takes them to return messages, they'll just find a way to get rid of you. I feel like people need to know the true level of care when seeking a pain management Dr and this was my true experience. It started off well, but just like every Dr who has had to deal with me since this all started....they can't figure it out, so they dump you.”
