“Making an appointment not so easy. Left a few messages and got a call back two weeks later. The appointment was with Jonathan, very efficient, Marie I believe was the nurse who covered the first time patient info,, very thorough. Jonathan was great, answered many questions, thought the greatest problem I am having now is with my hip, he did some maneuvering of my leg and indicated it was a pinched nerve! Answered even more of my questions and suggested a cortisone injection...have balked at those but he provided the 'method' of which they follow as well as suggesting a more recent MRI. Went back for the review with Olivia, there are some rather difficult 'bulges' on lower vertebrae but advised to 'try' the injection to help with the pain. I go back in a couple of weeks for that proceedure, you can not imagine how much I am hoping it will work....my restrictions are getting worse, walking is a problem, pain is constant. So let's hope this works, trusting them!!”

“The people were great. The office staff was very receptive. And the provider I saw was very informative. What I don't appreciate is being told to be there 15 minutes early. Then I waited 30 minutes. By the time I left, I had been there over an hour, which ended up costing me Over $7 to pay for parking.”

“When I was seen at my appointment everyone was very professional and friendly. They examined my range of motion on my injured body joints. During the examination I didn't feel any pain or discomfort. But that night I started to feel pain and it got worse throughout the night. I was in severe pain and stiff. My pain level was 10+ to the point I could lie down to sleep. I called during office hours and spoke to the person that answered the phone. I let her know I was in severe pain and I wanted to speak to someone that could help me. She transferred me to someone that could help me. Once the transfer was complete and the phone rang, I got the voicemail and it said to leave a message and they would get back to me on the same day. I left a message letting them know in the severe a was experiencing. I NEVER GOT A CALL BACK! About three weeks later I get a call from them. The call was to schedule my procedure. I never got a call regard the message I left them. Do you think I would schedule a procedure with that office after the way I was neglected? No! I lost all faith in them. I wish I could have given them zero stars.”
