“This place is absolutely horrible. The office staff is rude and demeaning. I have gone several times with my wife who has severe chronic pain and they spend two seconds, prescribe narcotics and move on to another over-booked patient. Recently during a severe storm she was ten minutes late for an appointment due to weather conditions... She had called to say she was going to be late, but sat in a waiting queue on the phone until she arrived. This clinic REFUSED to see her and made her reschedule for the next day. Honestly I believe they should reimburse us for gas and wasted time. This is an absolutely toxic atmosphere for anyone dealing with chronic pain issues. Run away from this place...if I could sue them for wasted time I would.. I actually looked up if I could report them to the medical board for refusing to see her and unfortunately that is something they won't investigate or I would have turned them in..”

“Doctor is a joke. Is he really doctor?? This is pain management, and they could care less. As a 74 year old, post op patient I came there to continue on a prescribed plan and I was told we can't help you, but we can refer you to one of our surgeons. I don't want surgery, I had surgery that went wrong and I wanted to continue on my same pain management plan. I just moved here, and this so called doctor was a joke. Pushed surgery. Didn't want to help in anyway, shape or fashion.”
