“They want you to do everything they want. Fill out the questionnaire but they never read it. I said on it I was depressed on 9 for 3 questionnaires. So they don't read them or they don't care about the patient. But when your 5 minutes late for your appointment when they had a full room of patients like the last 3 times there. They where running 45 minutes to a hr late. So don't get mad and say to them while walking out that you should find a new pain clinic. They where not bad till they moved to saginaw and the nurse practitioner took over and the doctors where doing there there prosegers in the back of the clinic. Then they send your records to all your doctors that they make you out as a drugey. I can't figure it out that they say all that to your doctors. If I was that bad whey did I get my pills every 3 months, and there drug tests are a joke.”

“This place is terrible! Don't go here! They take advantage of you because they know that you need your pain meds and charge you for ridiculous things, like borrowing the books in the office. They charged me $150 for having 4 books out for six months. I returned them and they said if I don't pay the $150 I can't be seen! Constant drug screenings that insurance doesn't pay for, and don't be a few minutes late, because they will turn you away! Strongly suggest that you not use this place!”

“I had been going here for almost two years seeing Dr E. He's been fine and I agreed with his original plan of care. He wanted me to go off what meds I currently was on and go on methadone. Well the last 6 months I found out I have a autoimmune deficiency disease and several heart problems which is severe. I am frequently ill from numerous pneumonia episodes, sypsis, and anemia and hospitalization. Come to find out my family Dr and heart Dr didn't think methadone was a good med for me to be switched to, so what does this place say...IF they don't want you on the med "I want you on" then have that Dr write your scripts. What a A!! Been there yrs and get told in a round about way told...we don't care about your health you either do as we say or leave. This place is all for injections and nerve ablation procedures on your spine which don't work and after they don't work they ignore that fact and then just keep pushing for more procedures. They make money on over Thousand dollar procedures not just a office visit to write or refill you a script. So unless you make them money they'll slowly become hard to work with and force you out. They do not care about your health and NEVER EVER TELL THEM YOU ARE UNHAPPY OR WHAT YOUR OPINION IS or they'll say we don't think things are working out here's a 30day script and find a different pain dr to see you. Funny I've called several different pain drd and all are atleast a 6-12month period of a wait. I was in hospital w a heart attack while I'm in the ER, the nurse and office manager call me double tag teaming me on speaker ..yelling "how dare I say im unhappy with their service and the nurse yells why are you in the hospital??? I say CRYING WITH PAIN HAVING A HEART ATTACK and the nurse in the background says oh she's gonna cry now, they don't stop harassing me on thr phone they continue to be rude and say what I complained about to the office about after my last appointment was borderline offensive...OMG all while im getting a IV for heart meds to save me..How kind they are. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE ITS ALL ABOUT THE BENJAMINS NOT YOUR CARE CAUSE THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AT ALL ONLY $$$. THEY ARE FAKE NICE AT FIRST BUT YOU WILL DO AS THEY SAY OR LEAVE YOU IN MORE PAIN THAN YOU WENT TO THEM FOR!!.RUN! ILL BE JUST FINE WITHOUT THEM.”
