“Was a patient for years. They made lots of money from my chronic pain with countless procedure and even prescribed a Fentanyl patch knowing the highly addictive nature of the pain medicine. Lied about how easy it was to get off the medicine. "When you want to stop, all you have to do is come in once, take an oral medication and lay on the couch for a half hour." That's a lie. I was addicted for years. Finally I refused to simply show up and be experimented on. They would tell me that my procedures were approved by insurance, have me come in and do the procedure to only find out after the fact that the procedures weren't approved by insurance. So they decided to surprise bill me for and attempt to make me pay out of pocket. They then had me come in and attempt to have me sign an authorization for that I would agree to pay out of pocket for my procedures if they were "later denied by insurance". I refused to sign and then they attempted to say I was a No-Show for an appointment while I was standing in their office!!!! I said No, I came in because you said it was approved but I'm not agreeing to pay for something that isn't approved. And they've been attempting to damage my credit ever since. I've now filed a complaint with the State's Attorneys General Office as there is ZERO chance I'm paying for a NO-Show when I was there but refused to play their games! Never would recommend them! Thieves and liars. Have the phone records to prove that I called my office to tell them about the situation while standing in there office. No-Show, sure!”

I know where several people live, their birthdays, what they were being treated for, and how long they're going to be there. I was only here for 30 minutes.
