Patient Testimonials
“Not my own personal experience but imagine being on the phone with one of the most important people in your life who has a severely degenerate disc sitting on her sciatica in an unimaginable amount of pain and the Dr says sit still, how did you get in this situation while giving her an epidural. In a way that made it sound like she did it on purpose. She works, lady. Try being more compassionate.”

“Very unprofessional services. Only good parts were the receptionist (Sydnee) was wonderful, and Nurse Courtney as well. 1st off asked for urine sample with no explanation. Figured super levels. When I inquired said drug test. Not sure how many junkies get spinal injections. 30 years in Law Enforcement refused even opioid scripts. Then was referred to a physical therapy center by the clinic to start PT. Got there and was told they needed the test (MRI) results to assist with my therapy. Signed a release doc to allow Comprehensive neurology to release my test results that THEY GAME ME. Was contacted the next day by the clinic stating Comprehensive neurology told them they have no medical records on me. Had to call Comprehensive neurology back. Lady I spoke with (MURFREESBORO) office RUDE ON THE PHONE. Finally transferred to the Columbia office and told them they have my test results, as the even gave me a copy of it. Please give to my PT they referred me to. In the mean time Comprehensive neurology faxed a request to my Medical Doctor to ask her if it would be OK for me to stop my blood thinner meds. My Doctor signed off on it immediately and sent it back to Comprehensive neurology. No One, I mean No One from Comprehensive neurology called me to let me know to stop the blood thinner meds 5 days prior to my injection. Went for injections on 08/11/25 after waiting in a room for 38 minutes was then taken to a room for injections. I'm in a wheelchair, and my right side is numb from 3 strokes 2 years prior. Asked me to lay face down on a bed, which I did. Then ask me to get back up my shirt needed to be removed. I completed that task which took a few minutes. Told Dr. G that I had some questions prior to the injections. Asked her about the blood thinner meds, as she asked did I take them? I said Yes, no one ever called and told me to stop. She went into her office and came back and said" It's our fault, we failed to follow up and contact you about the meds stoppage. I can't proceed with the injections due to you taking the blood thinners still. We need to reschedule this, but I'm only in Columbia on Mondays ". After getting up from the bed (again) and putting my shirt back on was taken back to receptionist for a next Monday appointment. Went home mad and upset about how I have been treated since day #1. Called comprehensive neurology today (08/12/25) and canceled any and all future appointments. Never had such a UNPROFESSIONAL MEDICAL SERVICES PLACE in my lifetime..”

“Absolutely one of the worst doctors I've ever met. Didn't take me seriously and said "I doubt your back got mad because of the epidural." Dr Schneider specialises in back and spine and he doesn't know that this is extremely common injury? And instead made me feel small and insignificant. He said give it a year and if you still can't walk then come back and see me. I should have kept trying to get help 3 yrs later I'm still in horrible pain and trying to find a solution. Don't make the same mistake I did. Keep looking. Don't go here.”

“I have been coming to this clinic for about a year now and I don't have any complaints. I have been seen by Dr. Golamco and Laurie Davis. They are absolutely wonderful and their staff is wonderful too. I would recommend that anyone who needs help with migraines and pain management in this area which is Columbia, Tennessee give this clinic and the staff a chance to help you. They also have other clinics besides this one in Columbia. They have helped me immensely and I am sure that they can help you too.”
