Patient Testimonials
“So many people have said many of my same thoughts about this clinic and thankfully they did. I myself feel so very blessed to be a patient here and would not go anywhere else because when you find respect, great care along with quality for the care the doctors , nurses and staff are giving you there is no other reason to go anywhere else. I look forward to EACH visit with Miss Mandy for I KNOW she has been so very kind, thoughtful and professional in every aspect as well as the staff in which I truly am grateful to. If you listen while your there you just might get lucky to hear a staff worker singing and to me this shows her talent but also her talent to care for patients. Mary-Ellen is so soft spoken & kind hearted and this makes me feel more at ease being around her & all the staff as well. Dr. G is VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE & PROFESSIONAL with so much grace so if you are looking for a special kind warm place for your pain issues and whatever health issues you are having I recommend coming here AND also VERY IMPORTANT , There is NO JUDGEMENT HERE !! I hope this review helps you to decide ..May everyone have a blessed day !!”

“I was a patient at the Dickson location and was pleased with my first visit for the care that was given. I went back for my second visit and we talked about different treatments that were available to me to think about. My regular prescription was called in to the drugstore I used only to find my medicine was on back order. I called the clinic to ask them to send my prescription over to another local drugstore that had my medication on hand. The recording on the nurses line said calls would be returned within 24 hours but sadly that wasn't true. Three different days I called in leaving one message a day about transferring my prescription but no one ever returned my calls. By now I was six days without my medication and had gone into withdrawals. I called one more time and told the person that answered the phone what had happened only to be told that she couldn't help me and transfered me to the nurse's line again where I had to leave another message! Later that day the receptionist called and said that they had sent a new prescription to the drugstore I last requested. When I went in for my next appointment at the clinic and saw the doctor and explained concern over what had happened the previous visit with my medication she told me that she had only received one message which was the last one I left and said perhaps I had left my messages on a non responsive line. I explained that I had called 3 previous times and that my messages were left on the nurse's voicemail. Again she brought up alternate methods for pain relief saying they didn't like to keep their patients on opioids. I explained that the dosage she had me on was not working and perhaps I was not getting the care that I required from this facility. I then asked for a release from them so I could go to another pain clinic to receive the care I needed. She went to get the release papers but gave them to her nurse to give to me instead of coming back in herself. I found this very offensive considering what all I had gone through. I was polite and when I was out in the hall I made a general statement thanking them all for their help. Sorry but someone who is 78 years old that had a knee replacement that had to be done twice within 5 days time, that also had osteoarthritis with degenerate joint and disc disease for over 25 years, that also has stress fractures in their lumbar and spine and is now in stage 4 of severe osteoporosis, I can not recommend this facility to anyone in severe pain.”

“My wife had an appointment at the Dickson office and the doctor and most of the staff were very courteous and professional! I say "most" of the staff, because the receptionist (I think she said her name was Meagan) was rude and not courteous or respectful! She needs training in how to speak respectfully to patients.”

“I just love going in there. It honestly is the best place to go as far as doctor's appointments. Megan, Jessica, and Mandi are some of the most professional and friendly people I know in the medical field. They have really helped me a great deal. They really know their stuff. The Dickson office rocks!!! Thanks you guys for being awesome!!!”
