“CNC is an awesome place to go for pain and neurology. Heather Sawyer is the best. She listens and works to help you be as close to pain free as possible. She is very kind. Ms Sawyer is also very approachable as well. You can talk to her about anything that is hurting you. Julie at the front desk is very polite, kind and always gives you a friendly greeting! I had the hardest time getting a brace. Heather went so far above and beyond to get me the brace. It took me a couple visits - however- we finally got it! So so thrilled with Heather Sawyer and the staff at Comprehensive Neurology Center! Thank you all again!”

“I am a prior patient of Spine and Joint pain center, but when Dr. Julia Doss, Heather, and Shawna join this practice, I knew I would be in good hands. My 1st initial visit at the new office, the receptionist, was rude to me and rolled her eyes when I said that I am self pay. This 2nd visit to the office on December 16th. I simply ask a question about the charges for the visit and she got rude with and told me that I needed to pay the $225.00. I wasn't rude to her, I simply stated a fact that if the cost of a drug screen was included I will expect a refund. I didn't say it rudely. Shawna the nurse came up there to get me and the receptionist stuck her arm up like I was trying to see what she was showing Shawna and thumped her finger at that piece paper on the wall and kept saying to Shawna, do you understand this? She said to her no less that 4 times. Shawna is a nurse and has nothing to do with the cost anything. She berated and embarrassed her in front of me to point that she had tears in her eyes. And, as far as the woman I spoke to on the phone, I have a very rough voice and sound like a man. But, I had already stated my name 3 times to her and when she ask me my date of birth, I was giving it to her and she talked right over top of me as I was giving it to her. So, yes, when she asked my name, I made the comment that I to state my name again. So, no Sir, I didn't apologize to the receptionist on my way out because the gentleman that came to talk to me, the owner of the practice, I apologize Sir, I am bad at remembering names, did not have the entire truth about what had actually transpired. She owes Shawna an apology for berating her in front of me. And, she owes me an apology for getting irate with me because I simply ask a question about the cost of the visit. I simply think the world of Dr. Julia Doss, Heather, and Shawna. But, for some reason, the receptionist treats the former Spine and Joint patients as if we are an inconvenience. At my 1st visit, I am filling out the pad, and another one of Spine and Joint former patient came in and she was rude to them.”
