“I think dr bach is his name. I was one of his 1st patients when he started almost 2 weeks ago... I had notes from my pain management dr in NY. He didn't seem to look at those at all ... ive been on pain management for 7 yrs and I am not new to it. And all those yrs its for the same thing.. this dr sets me up for injections and PT which is fine I'm all for it ... then for pain he gives me lyrica . Next day I was crapping my pants at work and stomach was cramping bad.. he goes and says to not take them for 2 days then take em again. That was his answer .. I told him flat out no. I am not going thru that again. Then he sends in gabapentin. The one medicine I put on my paperwork that I already said I cant take.. apparentally he didn't read my paperwork.. Now the transderamal lotion for pain wow. I have to go thru a pharmacy that's not even around here. Then they gotta send it in the mail.. he messed that script up when he sent it in and has not fixed it to this date.. and no one has called me back all day . Meanwhile I have nothing for my pain ..NOTHING!!! I can hardly work and hardly sleep at night . This has got to be the worst experience I've ever had.. I wouldn't want my worst enemy going thru what I am going thru and the way I'm being treated ... like I don't exist and my pain means nothing .. I'd think twice before going here..”

“My doctor did NOT take any notes, on paper electronic, or otherwise. Isn't that unethical per code? Seemed cocky. Didn't go over much of my history, didn't even exam me. Place seemed low budget, dirty, low budget, dispenser out of hand sanitizer in room? NICE Unorganized, slip shod. Didn't smell clean but that could be because every patient that came in reeked of cigarettes & musty basements. Restroom where I "gave my urine sample" was gross. I gagged. Don't know if I'll go back.”
