“My 86 year old mother did not arrive 30 minutes before her appointment, as it is difficult for her to walk and get around. We arrived prior to her appointment time, but not 30 minutes before. They did not allow my mother to see the doctor and cancelled her appointment after a month long wait. We left with her in pain, no appointment, and no help. So disappointed in this provider. Obviously focused more on paperwork, than patients. They could clearly see my mother was in pain as she couldn't even stand. We will not be returning. I do not recommend this provider.”

“My Dr. actually takes the time to listen to me and hear my concerns. Most Dr.'s these days treat you like a number,,you're in and then you're out. The girls at the check in desk are super nice and are always smiling which is refreshing to see these days, the same applies to the girls who check your vitals Wait time isn't bad, the longest I waited was 20 minutes however if I arrive 1/2 hrs or so early, I'm seen earlier. Dr. Lambodini, is a great doc...he takes time to tell you what he thinks will work for you, but you have the final decision and he's not pushy about it He's also a very friendly doctor and his disposition puts you at ease when you walk thru the door”

“The staff within the offices I have been to are incredibly rude! They do not treat people like they are worth anything. I went years ago and felt the same way. I thought maybe they had changed. I was wrong. They do not know how to communicate with patients. They treat everyone like they are beneath them. If I knew of other pain management offices within my area I definitely would not go to comprehensive pain management!!!”

“Please do not go here to the Fairlawn location or see the Nurse Practitioner Holly Zeller unless you're ready to feel berated and not listened to. I had a horrible experience with Holly today that has made sure I will not be coming back to see her or this location. I was just released from the hospital after a 5 day stay and was sent home on antibiotics. Attempted to reach the front desk to call to see if it was ok if i still came. No answer. Showed up to appointment let the staff know that i currently am on antibiotics and have an infection. No concern from them until Holly walked into the room. She states to me "Why are you even out in the general public? Why didn't you call the office? You shouldn't be near people who are actually very sick. Well... we will just make this a short visit". I sat in the waiting room longer than she spoke to me. She didn't address any of my concerns or listen to anything I had to say. She then told me i needed to leave out the back entrance and to call the next day to schedule my next appointment. I have NEVER been so humiliated and made to feel so worthless in my life. Please do not come here if you want someone to actually care about your pain because apparently Holly does not care about her patients. This was by far the worst experience I have ever encountered while here. Please look elsewhere when looking for a provider to consult for your pain management needs.”
