“Their website is a bunch of lies! Dr Louwers and his PA Sabrina were very disrespectful, rude, opinionated and needs a class on how to listen to patients and not interrupt them. The staff members are very nice and polite tho. Edit: forgot to add, was told my drug screen test was positive for alcohol. Had to stop drinking alcohol 4 yrs prior, so this was either an error or a lie in order to refuse any pain meds. Never offered a retest when I said the results were impossible, just said they weren't comfortable prescribing any kind of pain meds. Even tho my medical history showed no issues of misuse with taking one for 3yrs .Hmmmm...”

“"Comprehensive" NOT! A lousy excuse of physicians, blinded by narrow mindedness, considering all patients as drug seekers. This comes at the expense of healthy/quality living for those of us wanting help. No interest in my case, or my well being. This likely because I am not seeking rx meds, not padding pockets, and currently use med marijuana. It's another form discrimination.”
