“Never in my life have I been more disrespected until I've across the staff at this place!!!! Dr. Sarah, Debbie, Manager Nurse Judy.... very rude to say the least!!!! Naturally their rudeness caused some frustration! They should not be in this type of field if they do not know how to speak to patients. They can at least have a little compassion for the person on the other end as they are in pain management and they really don't know what that person is really going through!! I'm emotionally torn up about the treatment I've received! Then just days before my procedure, I'm advised that the doctor won't do it now. This office definitely has things twisted and the patient is the one suffering. Dr. Drummond and his staff should be ashamed of themselves! You just don't treat people/patients this way!!!”
