Patient Testimonials
“After waiting for more than a month, it was finally the date for my appointment with Comprehensive Pain Management. I arrived before 8am making sure I was on time. Only, for the assistant to tell me they would not be able to see me . Why you might ask? Because they are under the impression that my permanent neck injury is a Worker's Comp case. Was I injured at work? Yes, has that case closed? Yes more than 7 years ago. So why do I still have to prove that the case is closed? Because this company sees more money in Worker's Comp cases.”

“I have been a patient in Warwick for well over a year for chronic pain in my leg from a car accident. I was referred to this place by my surgeon. For the most part the staff has been friendly and nice. My biggest concern is that in all this time I have never once met the doctor. Twice I have been prescribed medication that I am not allowed to take because of a seizure disorder. They know what meds I take and my medical history but don't seem to care. Today was the last straw. Two weeks ago I waited 90 minutes for my appointment after THEY called me to change my time from 11:30 to 11:00. When I finally questioned them, they had no record in the computer that they changed my appointment time! Today I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time and then told them I was leaving and NEVER returning. I know that I am only a dollar sign to them. My time is just as valuable as their time!!!!!!”

“I have been going to Comprehensive Pain Management for about 6 months due to ongoing shingles pain the staff has been absolutely fantastic. The office manager has gone above and beyond to facilitate my treatment. Bravo”

“Uncaring and insensitive to patients needs. They could care less if patients go without pain medication. They often don't fill the medication when it's their fsult. Today their computer system wasn't operational and failed to give him a written script. Didn't care that my husband goes without medication even if he goes into withdrawal. Perhaps an state investigation should be conducted. Never accommodating and treat patients like deadbeat Staff changes overtime we are there and no one seems interested. Pain clinics should care about treating patients with dignity and respect.”
