“I have been a patient at this office for over a year, first seeing Dr. Herrera and then Esan. Unfortunately, while the doctors have been fine, the staff has repeatedly caused me unnecessary pain and stress due to poor communication and unprofessionalism. As a patient, I do not know the ins and outs of insurance, so I have called with questions--only to be met with dismissive and rude responses, including one staff member saying, "I don't see how that's my problem." Instead of offering guidance, they made an already difficult situation even harder. To make matters worse, I recently received a letter stating they were parting ways with me as a patient. This is deeply concerning, as pain patients require ongoing care, and suddenly being dismissed leaves us in a vulnerable position.
