“I just started here. The front staff were very nice too me and accomodating. The intake dr., no names being mentioned, he was harsh, rude, bad besd side manner and awful demeanor. Too top he switch my med too a much stronger med that has been on back order in all naugatuck valley and area pharmacys. When i called at 5 min to 5pm the service answered. I was told in no uncertain terms that i am to not call unless its an emergency that they have a policybto not bother the on call dr for medication problems. Now its 926 am the next day and they still have the swrvice answering. Im not getting a good taste in my mouth as of yet.”

“My husband and I have had the worst experience with the staff at the Derby, CT location. They are rude and nasty, have no empathy for the patients. We were also told that processing of referrals and appointments had to wait until they came back from vacation. It takes weeks for them to process referrals and requests. Also, they do not answer the phones and when you try to ask questions they do not want to be bothered. This needs to be addressed by hiring staff that are experienced and are pleasant.”

“The lack of empathy, clarity, and patience from the staff is astonishing at this practice. When I called because there was no follow-up from my apointment, the staff took no time to help me understand the one question I had. The staff member raised her voice aggressively, interrrupted me, insulted me, and hung up the phone. I have no words- just stunning. Steer clear- this is no way to spend a minute of your life, especially when you're already in pain (no should be an option, this is what I would rate this center).”

“My provider Karolina has been extremely thorough & empathetic during my pain struggles & care at CPHTC. I have also had positive interactions with both Robin & Dr. Thimineur. I do prefer the Meriden office. I feel as a smaller office there is more patience shown to me as a patient in the reception & pre-appointment care. As a patient of 4 years I would highly recommend this pain management center.”
