“The center is poorly organized. There are three ladies working there, yet none seem to know how to contact insurance companies to verify coverage. The doctor called me after returning from vacation and, to my surprise, said, "I have to call your insurance, Medicare, or whatever." That level of professionalism is completely unacceptable. I spent three months just trying to secure an appointment with them. I even sent the requested x-ray records via fax and email, but each time I had an appointment, a nurse would call and cancel, claiming they hadn't received the records. While others may have had positive experiences, the constant runaround I received was completely unwarranted.”

“Dr. Khan is a crooked doctor and so ia the PA Elisabeth Jeffers there. Takes money from patients and then tells them they can't see you and you have to find another dr. In the insurance network even though I payed out of pocket for a year each monthly visit. Had no problem taking 200.00 for my appointment that day just to tell me this and would t refund my money back because they considered telling me this "being seen". Not caring doctors at all.”
