“Even doe I was discharged they're good doctors and nurses there I just have to be more careful next time about my medicine I'm still learning everyone's makes mistakes they started me off a week worth of medicine but I called today for refill for tomorrow because tomorrow would've been a week for more refills but I got discharged I was taking my medicine every 8 hrs as I was told but sometimes I had to take it before 8hrs because it didn't hold me the whole 8hrs I wish they could give me a 2nd chance but I have to find another pain clinic but don't get me wrong they're very good doctors and nurses there and very helpful and understanding I just have to be more careful next time and to not make that same mistake again it's stressful keep finding a good pain clinic I just want to stick with 1 that would help me I made a mistake but when God get me into another good clinic I will fo better so that mistake will not happen again because this pain I'm in is unbearable I don't wish this pain on nobody I just want to thank cpc for accepting me and helping me anyway I wish I could get a 2nd chance but o well when 1 door closed another one opens I'm not giving up”

“Was lied to from day one. Actually the only truthful people that work there is the front desk folks. Have been trying to get in pain management since February so during that time I had to go to the emergency room several times . Doctor Vance was rightfully concerned and I fully explained the situation. I have two disk pinching a nerve in my back due to a injury my nineteenth year in the military. Next I have to listen to him go on and on about the DEA then he commented that there is a problem of people selling pills and that they all live in trailer parks and have to sell pills to pay there rent! Surprised to hear a educated man in his position say that, very unprofessional. So next he tells me I tested positive for thc and can't prescribe until it is confirmed by the lab. I do not smoke marijuana and told him so however he was still telling me I have to wait for the lab and don't worry he will have them expedite the results............. lol, yea right. So after 23 days results come back and yes it was negative.....no drugs detected. So I know from day one they really didn't want me as a patient but didn't have the backbone to tell me to my face, but they did keep digging until they found a reason to get rid of me and that is saying I broke opioid contract by not telling them within 24 hours I went........another of there many lies, I called and spoke with nurse letting her know my back pain was bad and she instructed me to go to emergency room and I did. Also the nurses are totally unfamiliar with urine testing and would either lie to me or just pass the buck to another person, one nurse did not even know what lab is used and told me if the screen you take in office is negative they still send to lab for confirmation......lol, amazing. So please don't waste your time with these clowns and remember don't go if you live in a mobile home because according to Vance your a drug dealer. I'm currently contacting both state and federal groups that investigate patients complains and ethics, my treat was unethical.”

“This is not a good place to go. Go to another doctor. They have Shady practices. They collect money before you see the doctor. The doctor told me to see a different doctor so I asked for my money back the doctor was okay but had to check with CEO. Said everything was ok however they did not give my money back but claimed I was "seen". I said I didn't get any medicine and doctor said I would get a refund. They did not refund me. They are BAD ORGANIZATIONS. DO NOT USE THERE SERVICE. They are rip off artists.”
