“My 2:45 appointment turned into an hour long wait with no communication about the delay. I was told I would be getting 2 shots, but due to a mix up I only received 1. Despite filling out allergy info online, staff didn't have it and dismissed my offer to provide a list. Dr Pitkanen and most of the staff were pleasant, however the nurse in the procedure room would've made Nurse Ratched proud. Overall poor communication and disorganization overshadowed the positives.”

They make you feel very comfortable and the atmosphere is comforting . He himself is very cheery , you would think someone who is looking mainly at complaining or persons very sick has a very bright and sunny innerG. We did some talking and I will inform you of our Dr patient results as he months ensue. But if you are looking for an excellent pain center I would start here first .
