I received texts and I responded that I wanted to make a new patient appointment but I only got a response to call the voice line number or to respond to the text. It's an automated response, there's no real person answering my text. No one answers the phone number. That's such a turn off so I will find another doctor. If I can't reach you to make an appointment how will I reach you once I become a patient??”
