“This place wasted 4 months of my time. I have secondary progressive MS. I was in a bad car accident that left my left leg paralyzed. 6 rods and 8 screws in my back. Other herniated disks in my back and neck. Was sent here from a different pain clinic because they were unequipped to provide the care I needed. They continually asked for more and more testing that they already had all the answers to already. I had extensive documentation from St. Vincent's and I.U. Health. 4 months and zero treatment or help. Never once seen a doctor. Front office staff were actually asleep at the front desk at one of my appointments. The place is dirty, outdated, and sketchy. Seems like the only ones they actually done anything for were the ones that were obviously there to just get their monthly fix. Those of us that actually needed the help were just strung along to get as much money as possible from us. I tried for 4 months straight and didn't get as much as a conversation with a doctor. Never went back. What's the point...I'll just limp around and be in constant pain because this place don't have the professionalism and expertise to be treating anyone. Was sent there for a pain pump...never once discussed and was blown off every time I mentioned it. Glad I didn't let these quack so called doctors perform a procedure like that on me.”

“This review is for Dr. Trowbridge's office in Avon, Indiana. My experience at Dr. Trowbridge's office today was incredibly frustrating due to their complete failure to communicate. I had an appointment scheduled for an injection, and despite taking time out of my day to get there, I was informed upon arrival that I couldn't receive it. There was no prior notification whatsoever, which is completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, the front desk attendant's bedside manner was terrible. They were unhelpful and unwelcoming, only adding to my frustration. On top of that, they attempted to charge me for a prescription refill, clearly trying to force an unnecessary office visit just to bill my insurance. The lack of communication, poor customer service, and apparent attempt to overcharge for services make it clear that I will be seeking care elsewhere. I do not recommend this office.Go elsewhere”

“Most unprofessional Drs office I've ever seen. They cancelled my appt. 5 days prior after I've waited a month. I was referred through work comp. Their reason, the provider doesn't want to see me. That's not a reason. They refuse to let you speak to supervision. Dawn the representative is extremely rude, hateful and unprofessional. She has no business serving in any kind of role in public service or healthcare. She's the last person I would want representing my company if she speaks to patients the way she does. UPDATE ***** I was finally sent a letter stating that after I missed my appointment I left several very hostile messages and they weren't going to tolerate it or script me as a patient. Okay they canceled on me the first time stating it needed to be rescheduled due I'm a new patient and not a current one. Then after hearing nothing for a week I called. I called right away after it was canceled and called one more times. Finally after over a week with no answer left a message letting them know what I about them, their disrespect to patients or their time and especially the patients needs. Not only did they schedule me based on my referral as a new patient they then scheduled me a second time after they finally returned my call the middle of the following week. Dawn had a very very unprofessional attitude and exhibits vocally her irritation and displeasure with you. Though the difficulty she provides with simple questions to the huffing and puffing when you do ask her something. Thirdly if I was soooo hostile why did they reschedule my appointment for a month out after that supposedly all occurred. None of it adds up as it can see. While my records will reflect the truth, there's if any are probably accidentally misplaced. That's the kinda place they deem themselves. Dr Trobridge was who signed my letter and I'm going to state my appointment was with someone else entirely. Dr. Stanton. I specifically didn't want Trobridge due to his lack of bedside manner and what appears to be his own addictions. So why a Dr I was never scheduled with was discontinuing service with me before meeting me instead of the Dr I was I don't know. All I know is you can request to speak to a supervisor, manager, nurse and Dr and Dawn will hang up on you before she lets it go that far. Stay away!!!!!!!”
