“I come here for my nerve and general chronic pain. I see Cheryl and she is wonderful. In fact all of the staff once you leave the waiting are wonderful. However, I cannot say the same about all of the front desk staff. There is one receptionist who is younger and she has had an attitude every single time I've come in. I've been going here for months and I hate dealing with her so I try to get another front desk employee to help me. There is another front desk employee who can be quite brusque on occasion. Though she is never as rude, dismissive, and snooty the younger receptionist. I've even had other receptionists try to integrate themselves in my interactions with her I believe they do this because they can see my rising annoyance, if not anger, and she is so obviously rude. If I'm being honest interactions with this Receptionist have had me considering moving to another clinic. The only reason I haven't is because the rest of the staff after you get past the lobby are so wonderful and Cheryl is so amazing. I don't know what this young lady's issue is with me or what is happening in her life to make her be this rude to people. I just hope the problem resolves itself and/or she can start being cordial with everyone because basic decency calls for us to be kind to everyone.”
