Patient Testimonials

I recommend Dr. Pearl to my boss and showed her Dr. Pearl's website. I was so surprised to see that Dr. Pearl has a low star rating. She was absolutely amazing! Keep in mind that I was a little bummed at first, because time seems to crawl when you're in pain. It felt like forever until I got my appointment. Hitting a pain scale of 10 for six days straight was really debilitating. When she diagnosed me with calcific tendonitis of the shoulder, she went out of her way to make me feel as good as possible. I liked that she didn't just try to give me a bunch of pills, like a lot of doctors do. She found the source of the pain and did everything she could to treat it. I did a few sessions with her, and after a few months, I am back at 100%! I can't praise Dr. Pearl enough. I can only recommend her based on my personal experience.

This place caused me more pain than they helped me relieve. Extremely long wait times and pretty much non-existent pain plan other than "do PT". Was in the office for an hour and a half, and still didn't get to see Dr. Pearl. Just kept being told "She'll be with you shortly". Unacceptable. Definitely cannot recommend.

I was there today, for reference i'm in wheelchair and cannot walk. I saw Dr pearl and she was very dismissive and condescending. she did not give me any advice or literally anything for my SEVERE pain in my legs. she actually laughed at my mother who was with me when she asked if there was anything we can do today and she said "haha i can't do anything without a diagnosis " and the kicker is she recommended i go back on MENTAL HEALTH medications because "it could be related" and said I should talk about breathing techniques in therapy. i do not recommend Dr pearl.

I have NEVER worked with a more unresponsive medical staff in my entire life. It takes upwards of 2 weeks to receive responses from these people. When I started seeing Dr. Pearl, I was on medication that put my pain levels at a 4/10. Dr. Pearl put me on medication that made me dangerously tired (Lyrica) and eventually advised me to discontinue it. When I asked for something to replace the Lyrica, she suggested that I take Lyrica. That's not a typo - she told me to stop taking Lyrica and then suggested I try taking Lyrica. She switched my pain medication that was working to something that doesn't last as long nor control pain as well as the medication that I was taking when I started in her practice and then kept telling my doctor to reduce the amount of that medication each week. I called her office sobbing and left multiple messages. They never called me back. My doctor tried contacting her as well - no phone calls nor emails were returned. I am now at a 6/10 pain thanks to the ignorance and lack of care at this facility. Avoid them at all costs because they do not have time for you, don't care about your needs, and will make you feel worse than when you started. Shame on Dr. Pearl for calling herself a pain management specialist. You ignore your patients that you've put into worse off positions than when they sought help from you. I'd give 0 stars if I could.
