“So far, I have only made an appointment. I have not yet been to the office. However, I spoke to Kathy and she was amazing. I was able to get an appointment within two weeks. She went over any information she needed while we were on the phone, to cut down on any misunderstandings or missing information. If everything else goes as well as just making the appointment, this place is going to be amazing. Back for another review. I actually went to my appointment today. Everyone, and I mean every single person in the office, was lovely. Everyone was very professional, but also casual and approachable. Stephanie, at the front desk made me feel at home and comfortable as soon as I walked in. The two nurses (whose names I do not remember), were also professional, but fun to deal with. The doctor looked at previous imaging while I was in her office and explained things to me my spine surgeon did not explain. She answered every question I had, even if they were not exactly relevant To pain management. She ordered imaging, we made a plan to proceed together. I could not be happier with this office.”
