“If I could give this practice zero stars, I would. Dr. Ghattas himself is a decent doctor, however the scheduling staff is awful. My grandma has been seeing him for years, she was recently experiencing severe sciatica pain. I called to schedule an appointment and was told I'd get a call back. No response for days, and no answer on their scheduling line. After 3 days, I got in touch by dialing for the operator . They said there was an issue with Medicare and are working to resolve it - no one communicated this to me. I provided the insurance info (which they already had on file). Days later I received a call with someone saying "we cannot schedule her due to scheduling conflicts. We are no longer taking her case." No additional detail provided. This is how they treat patients that have been going there for years, I am appalled. We are now looking for a new pain management doctor because this office is NOT reliable.”
