Patient Testimonials

I love the physicians and nurse! Front staff is fast but still take time to acknowledge you by name! Couldn't ask for more from a clinic. The only downside is the new ai system. I wish they had a way to get through to someone that doesn't take an hour. What if it's something urgent...

The doctor I saw (Dr. John Gardner) was great. He explained everything very thoroughly and answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend him. The business on the whole has been great as well. Everyone I have dealt with has been professional, polite and helpful.

The absolute worst place I've been to see a Doctor for my neck and back surgery pain. The girl at the front desk is rude. My first visit I waited over one hour to see the doctor.he prescribed gabopentin which knocked me out for 3/1-2 hours when I woke up I was unsteady on my feet and staggering. I called the next day and told them about this and told them I would not be taking it any longer. They told me to come back in on my next appointment day which was 4weeks away because they didn't have any openings until then. I got back in on my appointment day. I arrived early because of the long drive and had to pee so I went in to inform them of my situation and they let me go ahead and pee after waiting 10 to 15 minutes The nurse takes me on back to the room to talk about the pain I'm experiencing and sends me home with another drug called lyrica. After taking it for a month and experiencing shortness of breath, high levels of anxiety and depression, my next appointment day rolls around and I was feeling so poorly from conditions linked to Lyrica I had to cancel that appointment for feet of driving all the way up to Cambellsville. The office called that afternoon to ask if I could make it in the next day, and I agreed to try to make the appointment. I arrived early as usual again because of the long drive and had to pee again but from the way I was treated the last time I decided I would not ask to use the bathroom. So I go on into the office and told the nasty girl at the front desk I was there and she looked at me and said yeah well have a seat and they will be with you in a little while. 30 minutes later they get me back for a urinalysis. I was so full of pee i kept starting and stopping for about 3-4 minutes. I finally get done and get into a room to see the nurse and told her about my symptoms from the Lyrica and she prescribed me a higher mg. of Lyrica. I get home after picking up prescription and take one of the higher mg. Lyrica. That night I was having fluttering feelings in the area of my heart. The next day I called the Pain Clinic and got a voice recording. A woman answered and I asked to speak to a nurse and informed her of my concerns about taking Lyrica, she puts me on hold to speak with the nurse. The nurse called back after I got tired of waiting and hung up. She proceeded to ramble on and on that it couldn't be caused by the Lyrica because if it was I would have noticed it by now because I had been taking it for a month. I explained to her that for the month that I have been taking it that I had shortness of breath and higher levels of anxiety. She's constantly rambling on and on while I'm trying to explain everything to her so finally,I had to say to her, WILL YOU SHUT UP SO I CAN TALK! She says back to me, Mr Ills I am not doing this with you today and hung up the phone on me! The ABSOLUTE WORST MEDICAL CAR I HAVE EVER RECEIVED IN MY LIFE! I urge everyone with chronic pain to go elsewhere!
