“Failed RFA! Failed to get meds by due date Dec 10th. Excruciating pain beset me for 3 week on my back and barely walking. I'm just now gingerly getting around. That should have been helped too. I called at least 5 times in regards to this visit and found no relief. As of December 19th, I'm still out of Lyrica and an arrival date is still days away. So...I suffered and continue to be out of a medication that definitely could have helped curb the intensity of pain. Your team at least sent it in after I called so there's a plus. I get my meds through an outside military pharm I live on a farm. No chores being done by me. Thank you for an opportunity to express my feelings. No matter who did what...the ultimate issue is I'm still without meds and in severe pain. I've heard from Express scripts and it's on its way. Today's Friday so it looks like next week. I should've been called in to the lical pharm at least a bridge for lyrica since they know it takes timw to mail meds especially in the Christmas rush of mail. Your team on the phones are amazing. HATE THE AI!!! Breanna worked for me hard and deserves at least a hats off. So, Merry Christmas. Hope you can provide your Dr.s with REAL answers when a procedure goes wrong besides not dealing with it. I've been a Patient for about 6 years or more.
