“I have seen Dr Vessel's for 9+yrs and this visit was the shortest one I've ever had with the most problems with my spine I've ever had. It was scheduled during his procedures, I waited 3months for the appointment and was treated like I scheduled it the day before. He also was supposed to let me know what medication to take for the month between me seeing him and never was told anything or called back. I choose to see him because of how thorough he is at my appointments and none of that was done and over 75% of why it was scheduled was not allowed to be addressed.”

“I take my uncle to his appointments for his pain medication for years. He's been going to this place for probably over 7 years before it was Commonwealth Pain and Spine. He is 62 years old and had crippling juvenile rheumatoid arthritis since the age of 2. He has had both hips replaced twice and 2 knee surgeries along with other surgeries. This man is in CONSTANT pain. His doctor is Dr Gardner but he always sees nurse practitioners. Today was the first day we have ever seen Allison Hogue and it will be the last time. She was rude and unprofessional. She basically threw us out of the room because we try to inform her the his refill date was inaccurate by ONE day! We did not cuss her or raise our voices.I understand people abuse prescriptions and I understand the pain medication is very strictly monitored but the way she talk to us was absolutely ridiculous! I would have given no stars if it was just her. Shout out to Peggy (I think that is her name) in the check out who was extremely sweet, calming(I was very upset)and understanding!”
