What Patients Say
Patient Testimonials
“Dr Mims seems really nice but the one nurse seems to have to be in control. Consistently talks down to me like I'm a child...55...wish I was. Cuts back my pain meds even though I'm at a level 8 consistently. I dont know how hard it is to just respect a person now-n-days, but must be really hard for her... I dont want pain meds for pleasure, I want them to function like a regular human, like my old self instead of hurting and laying in bed or couch cause I hurt every single day. She seems to just stereotype everyone instead of caring and understanding a person's pain situation...”

“I've been having trouble with my back for a while , and I had a procedure done , that would hopefully relieve the pain for a few months. It's too soon to know how the procedure Worked but They were very nice. He told me he was exactly what he was going to do and what I would be feeling as he was doing the procedure. They were Very professional.”

“This is a great place. Loved the people, and the Dr. Was really good. He answered all my questions and explained everything that was going on with my back and what he could do. He seemed really caring about his patients. Very satisfied with going here.”
— Tammy Fletcher
“Will never go back. Asked April what the plan was for the next year since the pain meds are not working. She said may or may not increase dosage. I asked her if they don't work why take them? She came back with you are not gonna force me to do anything. Wasn't doing that but asking a question. Said I was high risk because of no hydrocodone in my system but had trampoline. After my elblasion didn't work i didn't go back for a few months. Hydrocodone was out of my system. Had a tooth ache and took tramadol which had been prescribed to me it had been a while though. So because of my getting off the hydrocodone for a while I am high risk. I know the people there deal with all types. But to automatically come across like I was trying to make her up a dosage just by asking a question is absurd. I just don't think if something is not working no reason to do it. I do apologize, I did get upset by being accused of something. But I will not be back. I know that is not much in the grand scheme of things but is how it is.”
