What Patients Say
Patient Testimonials
“Outstanding care by Dr. Milburn and entire staff. I was having intense pain over the weekend and they were able to squeeze me in to help get me out of pain. I didn't have to wait at all either to be taken back. The entire procedure was done very quickly and with hardly any pain. Team and Dr were very caring and compassionate and made sure I was feeling better before I left. Highly recommend!”

“A very delightful clinical experience. Very attentive staff. Dr. Milburn identified the issue in question and provided a clear rationale to treat the problem. The treatment plan was well presented and importantly the treatment was provided in-house without the need for a second visit or at another location. The clinical discussion was easy to follow and understand. Instead of suffering ongoing chronic pain visit with Dr. Milburn for a first class evaluation and care.”

“Today was a normal visit to the pain clinic. The staff was nice and friendly and the PA was glad to take the time to listen to my needs. When it comes to pain management there are better choices but there are also worse clinics to go to. I think doctors need to understand that after 5 years of the same medication they need to switch to another medication or rotate between 2 different medications. Just my opinion”

“All great positives, except for one. Excellent staff! Excellent facilities! Excellent doctors! Excellent nurses! Excellent demeanor! Excellent treatment for my first visit! Looking forward for my continued treatments. LET ME FIRST STATE THAT THIS IS NOT THE FAULT OF THIS PRACTICE!!!! The only slight negative, if you want to call it that, is the pain identification and location Question and answer forms are to binary. Meaning, if you suffer from more than one issue or two issues, the answers can conflict the other problems you have. EXAMPLE; #1, My neck pain does-- (D), NOT KEEP ME FROM DOING MOST THINGS.I WANT TO DO. #2, My back pain-- (E), MAKES IT ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO WALK MORE THAN TEN FEET. In this day and age of third parties trying to remove you from any insurance or disability claims or Social security disability, it's quite easy to twist your answers around To make it seem that you are fraudulent OR, capable of working, When in fact, you are being honest and not lying or able to work. These "gotcha" questions are rampant throughout the whole network and not necessarily from any one practice. THESE QUESTIONS ARE IN EVERY PRACTICE!!!! IT IS UP TO YOU TO NOTIFY YOUR PROVIDER TO CLARIFY THE DISCREPANCIES. BECAUSE IN THE END, WHEN THE INSURANCE COMPANIES LOOK AT THE FORMS, THEY WILL ALSO HAVE TO LOOK AT THE DOCTOR'S NOTES. YOUR PROVIDER CAN ONLY HELP YOU AS MUCH AS YOU LET THEM HELP YOU !!!! IF YOU'RE FRAUDULENT THEN SHAME ON YOU. (I hope you get caught) IF YOU'RE NOT, THEN HELP YOUR PROVIDER, HELP YOU BETTER!!!!”
