What Patients Say
Patient Testimonials
“Apparently, Pain Management and Commonwealth combined since my last appointment, i received no notification of this and fortunately my calendar picked up the new address. This is after my appointment was cancelled with no call to be be rescheduled. I had to call twice to get in. I live in Florida after the holidays so this left ne with insufficient time to get my next shot approved before I leave the state. After finally getting an appointment, finding the correct location and arriving 30 minutes early, i had to update my info again and then had to wait an hour past my appointment time. Now I can't get my appointment for my next shot before leaving for Florida. So my pain will have to continue until I return in April or start all over with another facility. I'm glad it's just pain I'm dealing with not a like or death condition.”

“The girls in the front have been there for a long time and treat everyone like family. The girls workin in the front office are the best!! They try to help with everything they can. The nurse practitioner I don't know very well yet but she seems nice enough. I like them all and they are always busy and trying to help.”

“They could do better. They seem to want to push the shots in your back which is not FDA approved . I'm thinking they must make money off of them . They can make you feel like you are a burden for coming there . They don't tell you the plan I literally had to ask and she really didn't know . I had to tell her that I would like to have other options for care and test ran. She spends about 2 minutes in the room with you and that is pushing it . Lack of communication. Basically there is no communication about your plan. They just want to push those shots not approved by the the FDA. The healthcare system is so broken. No bed side manners you are pretty much a number to them . There has to be better options for care . I broke 4 ribs and they seemed to care less . I roughed it out . I had an MRI that showed a lot going on but not one time has any plan been discussed. Like I said there has to be better communication as well as treatment .”

“I was specifically sent to Commonwealth Pain Management to get pain medication. I had cancer that destroyed my blood vessels, and my bones are dead and dying. Nothing can help that I was very disappointed in the nurse practitioner. She didn't care that. I hurt that I was in pain she did not do her job to help me as a patient, just very disgusted with the office. It was nothing like in the website no technology around no x-ray machines like they show in the videos in the website. It was just a joke. I will never ever go back to that place.”
