If you want to go to a clinic where you your lied to by both office staff and the incompetent Dr Russo then this is the place for you. I went 130 one way for my appt and got within 2 miles of the clinic when I was called by rhe clinic that Russo had an emergency and had already left the clinic was unable to see, I asked if there was another provider and was told there wasn't. Russo instructed the employee to lie to me.. obviously Russo was unaware that my sister in law works for the clinic and told me he had no emergency and had not left. Who does that? As a patient suppose to feel safe..If your physician will lie about something so stupid what else is he going to lie about. I never received any sort of communication in regards to this, not even a "sorry for your inconvenience "with that being said I have made complaints to both the insurance company and also a complaint with medical board.

I had a successful RFA procedure there performed by Dr. Russo, and I found him to be incredibly competent and caring, patient and thoughtful. After years of agonizing neck pain, he was able to reduce it 65%, this was life-changing for me and by would not hesitate at returning to his care.

I am unable to even give one star to Columbia Pain Management, as their ineptitude has carelessly caused irreparable damage to my well-being, career, and quality of life. Nonetheless, to post you must select at least one star. My neurostimulatar, the generator that severely reduced the nerve pain I had been experiencing, died and after waiting approximately 1.5 years to get it replaced that date arrived. Finally, June 21, 2025 arrives and we travel 2 hours to Wilsonville for the surgery and awakening from the anesthesia to learn they replaced the power unit. However, they couldn't connect it as the "wiring and leads were burnt up." Clearly this never entered their thoughts that this could be an option and left the new unit in my back disconnected. Does Columbia Pain Management follow or display any concern for their patient, "HELL NO!" The refer me to another surgeon an it takes an additional seven-plus weeks to see this new surgeon on September 12, 2024. I have yet another waiting period for an authorization to fix the problem that Columbia Pain Management neglected to correct the first time. Because they lack professionalism and appreciate knowledge to effectively replace what's already there, it has severely impacted the quality of my life, marriage, career, and the ability to get any form of quality sleep for more than 1.5 hours. It taken me awhile to write this and my anger and desire to verbally lash out would have changed the entire tone of this message. I leave you with an old motto "Used car buyer beware!" John Bellman

Honestly, if I can get no stars, I would I came to this establishment about five months ago, my doctors re-recommended me here for a nerve test because I got an injection in my lower back and I got this seriously hard burn that was going from my eyeball and neck to my index finger thumb middle finger on my left hand honestly, it was weird because they said it was a coincidence but they played it off like I was lying. I guess the doctor basically said yeah man I dropped a bomb on your back. What do you expect, I went to another doctor surgeon at rebound and Vancouver and said I have a pinched nerve there and he needs a surgically fix it but when I was at coulbia Paine management , I felt as if they were treating me as if I needed more drugs that's why I was there making stuff up and I'm trying to blame them for something that went wrong after injection and that's not the case.!! I was just explaining to them that I feel like I was flipped upside down all of a sudden all the pain in my leg is gone and it was gone for the 1st 3 days after injection after that it's all back to day one pain so now I have a lower back and neck problem and now all the pain is in my upper left chest behind the shoulder blade shooting down to my hand makes me very nauseous.when both of my neck and leg start shooting pain Makes me wanna vomit. I can't even look up to make eye contact with people without shooting or being ""barbecued it's just it's been very painful. It's affected me!! affected my work!!! it affected my marriage!!! affected my relationships even with my pets!!! Something just gotta give. I'm gonna get the nerve test done here, but hopefully it's a lot smoother and they've I don't know.grown up and Hopefully just act more professional I mean they are doctors and I'm supposed to trust you with my life literally! They need to do a better job to listen to their patience, not pick and choose who you want to help today don't treat everyone like drug addicts because honestly, I had a really really big problem and you guys told me that I was lying. I even got turned around from the ER in Hood River because it's something that you have to order for an MRI. You just can't come in for an MRI and YOU GUYS WOULDNT OREDER ME ONE WHEN I CAME UP FOR A Referral they told me I will be fine , then at the ER I was turned down as well because like I said, I didn't have a referral from the doctor. I just went and saw because they didn't think I was worth their time. I don't know I was still panicked and scared and stressed out and and above all, I feel like my pain migrated to my top of my left eyeball down my neck to my left arm down to my hand, so I was very scared and I wanted this to be looked at like something's wrong. You know there'd be no difference if you just lit my arm on fire with a gasoline and threw a lit match at me . Until A neurosurgeon doctor told me a little trick that helps and scheduled a surgery to un pinch my nerve and the help for my primary care physician which he's been taking this more serious than any other doctors that I've talked to about this, THANK GOD other than that guys I'm just really scared about coming back to this place and it's just darn it. If there was other places I could go to different doctors I could talk to in this profession I would!! but I feel a little landlocked to you guys , I just really hope, it's a different experience the second time around and then the payment I paid you guys when I was there you guys called me back. Say I owe you more money so I paid it and then a couple months ago but I get another bill out of the blue I haven't been there and then I talk to a guy named Chris and billing and he tells me oh yeah you just got to keep pay so this is weird too. If you guys you know do business like that where I just have to keep paying and micromanage these payments with you guys and when you said I'm already paid up that is also ridiculous I do not trust this establishment and that really sucks. well it sucks for alot of us here in the mountains in the Pacific Northwest..
