She has an amazingly calm 'bed side manner' and you can tell She truly cares for her patients. There have been a few office personnel that I would say are not so good at patient care, but that is rare and does not sway me to give a lower review. At the end of the day, I am there for the doctor, and she is amazing.”

“I went in to discuss options regarding treatment for my bulged discs. The staff was unfriendly and treated me like I was a drug addict. They wanted me to take a picture for their records and to take a drug test. The doctor was reassuring and friendly but almost too friendly. When I was called to schedule, the lady on the phone was almost gatekeeping information from me about how the costs would be. The doctor told me one thing but the actual bills came up entirely different and they refused to clarify until AFTER treatment. The whole place seemed like a sales pitch overall, I was so uncomfortable that I refused to return for treatment. At first I was not going to write a review, but a whole year later I got a letter discussing the greed between my insurance provider and their contract. Apparently they have decided that I care about their failing business deals even after the way they treated me. The hypocrisy and irony alone made me return and write a review. At the end of the day, it was greed and the personalities of 5 different people within the company made me scared of the quality of care that I would have been given. I felt as if I was better off in pain than to be made a sucker.”
