This is an effective way for the patient to remember and revisit what was talked about at the visit. His office staff were so kind and efficient. So far, I would recommend this office.”

“I am extremely disappointed with our recent visit with PA Ashlyn. She was disrespectful, dismissive, and rushed us through the appointment. Her tone was unprofessional and she showed little concern for my husband's injury or symptoms. Despite us explaining multiple times about his medical history, procedures, and current medications, she kept asking questions as if she had no knowledge of his case. Instead of offering helpful solutions, she suggested we go somewhere else and handed us a list of other providers. I do want to be clear -- the doctors, nurses, and front desk staff have always been understanding, kind, and polite. They are not the reason we will be leaving this clinic. Unfortunately, this interaction with the PA was so upsetting and unprofessional that we will not be returning. One provider like this can truly damage the reputation of an entire clinic”
