Everyone here is very kind and welcoming, and Amy listened to my experiences with chronic back pain and immediately had a plan of action for me within my first appointment. “Editing because I met with Amy Quinn and she was incredible. Amy spent an hour making sure I was set up with all of the resources I needed, thoroughly explained them, and had amazing bed side manners. I wanted to move providers, but so long as she is still at Colorado pain care I will be seeing her. Though my original review was one star and I am updating it to three, I would give her five stars easily. Original: If you're looking for a complete lack of transparency or a clinic that does not follow their treatment plans, then they're great! They decided that the margins for surgical implants are worth more than clinical outcomes. Avoid them unless you want to be peddled expensive spinal implants that will cost thousands and likely make your issues worse.”

“Update: I was thrown out of the office and that is fine. But they keep wanting to charge me for appointments I told the front desk to make sure and cancel. I cannot get ahold of a representative or the office manager. The lack of ability to speak to an human that actually works at the office is unacceptable. Back to my review-Amy has no self control or knowledge on how to treat patients. Her comments are rude and lack any substance. Very easy to leave the practice when she calls people stupid, there is no reason to try and reason with a provider that is argumentative. There was also no reason for our last appointment, the office should have just called me and said that they were moving on vs taking an appointment and charging me/insurance companies. The lack of listening to patients and building rapport by Amy leaves no room for dialogue or a meaningful discussion to help patients with pain. Take a look at their Indeed and see how people feel about working there. I was kicked out and left in the medical room for 45 minutes before I was finally told when I went to ask where Amy went; she just moved onto another patient. I was thrown out and it was demeaning. I told the front desk that we were done and I didn't want to see any providers. The use of the practice ended there that day. As one said below and I agree this office is "calling providers and countermanding their orders"”
