Patient Testimonials
“This place is amazing and the staff/doctors takes good care of all the people that comes here. The doctors listen and does what it takes to help people live life better or start living life again. Yes! These doctors truly care about the patient and just not here for a quick buck. They will do whatever it takes to make your life better but you have to be willing, honest, and by by the rules. Meaning if your asked to try something or do something than do it because beating pain takes the patients effort also to try, understand, want the ability to achieve, and by by the rules set fourth from this clinic because its not just up to the doctor. The entire staff is respectful, caring, and willing to help. This clinic offers many different pain management techniques, totally professional, and they are very organized. I recommend to everyone that wants to get their chronic pain under control, live the positive life they been seeking, and to have a doctor that cares and understands.”

“Update: 10-22-21. This is insane. The amazing and wonderful Dr. Nguyen, like all other quality providers that have come to this practice, has left, and we're back to the nightmare that was. I was encouraged to give Sondra Early another shot, and to her credit she sounded compassionate and filled my prescription. Here's the nightmare...I called to schedule another refill appointment and was told that Sondra was out of town until after I needed a refill and they would call me back with another provider who could take care of me. Five days later I get a call that I'm behind on my urine screening and NO PROVIDERS WILL ALLOW ME TO EVEN SCHEDULE an appointment until after I've provided one. Now, let's just be clear, I've been a patient here for over five years. In that time I've NEVER had a questionable urine screen. I'm a model patient. Here's the problem, they won't even get the results from the screen back until the day I run out of meds at the earliest, and THEN they will schedule me? Here's the point, isn't it medical malpractice to prescribe someone a medication and then force them to go off of it abruptly for no fault of their own? I've reached out to the office manager twice with no calls returned. The problem is that everyone is a pill seeking junkie to them. I understand that they have to protect themselves legally, but at what cost to the patient? I've now had four providers there in 5 years. All the good ones leave, and I guess I should too.”

“If you have a couple of hours to spend waiting this is the right place for you. The staff are rude. When I first started going there was seeing a decent person each time and wasn't too bad. She was nice, had you in and out pretty quick. But a couple of times had late afternoon appointments and got calls saying something had came up and if I couldn't get there before 11 would have to reschedule. We live about 50 miles from the place and takes an hour to get there depending on traffic, weather conditions. One time I made an honest mistake and showed up the day after my actual appointment for my scheduled appointment. It was my fault,I wrote the wrong date down. What happened then was almost comical. They told me I could go home and call each morning to see if anyone canceled, Now I couldn't sit there to see if someone called it made an honest mistake like me and didn't show up, but could drive back home 50 miles and call to see if an opening comes up and call each day to see if there was one, this after driving 50 miles one way in a snow storm when the day before when my appointment was the weather was nice. They blame everything on people leaving. Not being able to keep employees should tell you all you need to know. If I had a 10 am appointment would be 30-40 minutes before even getting called to the back, then would sit there another 20 minutes waiting to be seen. The guy who did my last injections was new and horrible at it. He just pokes and prods you like you were livestock of some sort.I've been going to pain management for 11 years now and this is by far the worst place I've been too.”

“Getting an appointment took forever. I get that pain clinics are busy places and it takes time to get things done. When I was initially called to schedule the first appointment, I missed the call and called right back, just to be told "oh if I called again and missed you, we would have refused to treat you." The first MA I saw was wonderful. He was polite, caring, and wanted to help me. When he wrote me an Rx, it got messed up after they changed systems. It took FOREVER for them to admit they were wrong and sent me on a goose chase through my pharmacy, doctor, and themselves. After bringing in a written explanation from my pharmacist and demonstrating that it had been written incorrectly, they finally owned up to it and fixed it. After that, the MA and his physician left the practice and I had to see another provider there. Dr. Roberts was rude, condescending, and blamed me for inaction just to get painkillers. I'm young, but I'm not an addict and just genuinely need help for my condition. After being accosted and told I wouldn't be treated unless I was re-referred by a different physician than my PCP, I found a new clinic and quit them. After communicating this with the clinic, I got a letter in the mail letting me know they refuse see/treat me ever again in the future. Very rude and uncaring, I wouldn't refer a friend or family there ever in the future, and I recommend for people to look elsewhere for relief.”
