“My wife's Doctor who is the chief of neurology at Ochsners Medical Center in New Orleans sent a referral for trigger point injections. This office called and stated that they reviewed the referral and have nothing to offer my wife. My wife has Dystonia which they don't even know what that is and when I spoke with the office manager she stated that they are just not accepting new patients. REALLY!!! Just say that instead of blowing us off cause you don't know what Dystonia is. Worst doctors office I have ever felt with.”

“The office staff is horrible. I was diagnosed through contrast MRI with cervical and lumbar spinal stenosis by the rheumatology clinic at Ochsners Hospital. Since I live in Gulfport, I was trying to find a pain management doctor close by that could perform a facet ablation for my nerve pain. My doctors at Ochsners faxed over all pertinent info necessary for the referral. Well, good luck getting an appointment here. The woman I spoke with cut me off every chance and was so extremely rude, I ended up hanging up. I then called Ochsners in Bay St. Louis and was able to make an appointment without a problem with their pain management physician. So, luckily I won't ever have to be treated so rudely by this clinic's staff again.”
