I bet you they build me for that though.”

“If I could leave zero stars that would be more appropriate. First, receptionists did not acknowledge me and another patient for FIVE minutes. (I checked my watch.) Second, my appointment was not on time. Finally, I called because I was having issues after an injection and reached a triage nurse. She promised she would check with my provider and call me back. Over two hours later, I called back. She pulled up my chart and basically said my symptoms sounded like COVID and I should call my regular doctor. Mind you, this was Friday at 3:45pm. If I had not called back, I would have heard nothing AND by this time it was too late to call my regular doctor. Had she read my allergies I would hope she would have made sure the provider was aware. Poor quality. I swore years ago I would never go back. Gave them a second chance. I will go out of town for ortho services. Money over patient care. Pitiful.”
