“My first visit with Dr. Thomas was a good experience. In a very busy office, I was pleasantly surprised to get into an exam room within 15 minutes of my appointment time. I answered a few questions for his assistant and Dr. Thomas showed up within another 5 minutes. He explained my condition very simply and discussed the treatment he thought would be best and explained the insurance approval process. He took his time, let me ask questions and I felt very comfortable with him. I look forward to starting treatment.”
