“I've been a patient of Dr.Hedaya's for about 5 years now. I have had several other pain management doctors and never have they been able to give me half the results I get from Dr. Hedaya. He has made time for me in an emergency and scheduled me asap. He has by far the most caring girls working for him that go out of their way to call you back and make sure insurance and scheduling is done on time. I hadn't seen him in 3 years and unfortunately needed him this week. He took me in 2 hours after I called and the girls had me set up for an MRI and nerve block immediately. Not only is the whole team wonderful, but they also make you feel comfortable. Nerve blocks aren't fun, but when the doctor comes to see you before and has a quick talk about what he's gonna do, you feel confident. I will never go to another pain management doctor again. “One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a medical practice. It took forever and many calls to even get an appointment scheduled. The doctor himself was great and I had felt very hopeful about working together. But the same problem continued. I was referred for imaging, but called repeatedly and left voicemails, never hearing from anyone. The phone did not ever get answered, calls did not get returned. Over the course of 2-3 weeks I called upwards of 15 times, leaving multiple voicemails. I ended up informing my referring provider about the awful nature of the experience and did not return. Very disappointing. Edited to add: I appreciate the responses, but earlier this year when I attempted to get services, a live person never answered the phone once. It was always ringing and then being sent to a voicemail, with multiple messages left that werent responded to. I even made a comment to Dr. Hedaya that it took a long time to schedule the appt as no one would respond. I returned to the Cleveland Clinic where I got an answer the first time I called, and got an appt booked immediately. Based on my experience, I do not have further plans to waste more time attempting to call and speak with someone. If my call is only important when I am complaining and not when I am a patient trying to get care, then that is not an endeavor worth my time.”
