Amy Larson and Dr. Medic have always been great listeners as well as paying attention to what they prescribe and making sure that my needs come first. Have been a patient since 2013 and regardless if they are booked up, the staff will always find a way to fit me in. On another note, they also will make sure that any of my medications do not interact with another that are prescribed from other doctors. “I always seem to get disrespected. My husband has been coming here longer so I suppose he gets the better treatment. I was 10 minutes late and my appointment was rescheduled. He was over 20 minutes late and they took him. They always seem to have an attitude with me and rarely speaks but I don't know them as well and one of the nurses seem to be the flirty type. It could just be her mannerisms she has dark hair short cut and she wears glasses. I could be crazy but that's how it seems. When I walk in they only speak to him and ask him how he's feeling. It makes me feel uncomfortable. I like people that are genuine especially caregivers and doctors they seem so fake however I did just switch to another Dr he seems to be much better at explaining himself and showing more interest in what's going on with your health.”

“I'd like to give Dr. Medic (yes that's her real name!) five stars. She is great, she listens, she keeps me informed. But the office staff is rude, defensive, and not at all helpful. They never followed up with me when my treatment arrived (or didn't arrive) I was just sitting out here for months in pain not knowing if or when I was going to be treated. Then I got new insurance, so I needed a new appointment to start the approval process over again. The front desk told me they couldn't take my card because the system was down. I asked if she could make a photo copy of it to enter the info when the system came back up and she said no, it has to go into the special scanner. I asked if I could enter it myself through the patient portal and she told me I could. I tried, but there was no way to update it in the portal. I emailed the office and the same girl called me and got defensive, picking apart the words I used in my message and telling me the only way they can take my card is if I bring it back to the office. Obviously not what she told me while I was there, and certainly nothing I've ever heard of with any other practice I have ever used. Most allow me to enter the info manually, or take a picture of the front and back of my card. But the office attendant held firm that I would have to come back to the office and present my insurance card before they can start the process of getting my treatment approved. Anyone who deals with chronic pain knows how hard it is to leave the house at all, let alone drive 30 minutes away because the office has no workaround for when the system fails. In conclusion, Dr Medic is great, but be prepared for some attitude and inconvenience from the rest of the office.”
