“New patient, trying to schedule two procedures at their surgical center. Called 866 number provided for scheduling but was referred instead to the local office in Laurel. Was advised Laurel will schedule me directly and will call me back. No direct phone number for Laurel office and my message was not returned. Perhaps another day. My number is a land line. I instructed surgical scheduling that my land line does not take text. It does, however, take phone messages. Laurel office is not adhering to it's posted hours. Called twice today at different times of the day. Per message center they left early by at least an hour.”
