This has to be the worst and dumbest office I have ever worked with. I tried to cancel an appointment for my mother because she was in the hospital. I was told I can't cancel the appointment because of HIPAA. I explained to the person I was speaking with that HIPAA does not regulate appointments, canceling or making appointments for another person. They didn't want to listen to me and didn't cancel my mom's appointment which she did not make because she was in the hospital and then they sent me a bill for a no-show fee. This company needs to train their people better on what HIPAA is and stop making it so difficult for patience in their families to schedule appointments or cancel appointments. My mother passed away the following week so thank God I will never have to deal With this office again.

Had a consultation appointment on 7/30 for injections for my migraines. Scheduled an appointment for 8/20 to give them time to get the medication in. It's 8/22 and they have not sent the prescription to my pharmacy yet despite my repeated calls. The practice manager was supposed to call me 8/19 and every time I call the tell me she will call me back but has not. I'm now overdue for this and out $50 for a consultation and now have to start the process all over with another doctor since they won't follow up. In response my original review on 8/22 I called 4 times that day requesting a call back and nothing until I left a review. Office manager pretended to have no idea there was an issue and completely ignored me telling them they needed to use my pharmacy and not do buy and bill. I tried calling until I spoke to the office manager at 3pm on 8/26 who basically told me they weren't going to tell me what they were going to charge for the Botox and that was between me and my insurance. I again explained that my insurance told me they weren't covering it and asked what they were going to charge. She told me would call billing back and get the information. Apparently she left the office less than 30 minutes as she had planned to do which is fine. She however did not tell me and knew my appointment was first thing the next morning and that she wasn't actually going to call me back despite literally telling me she would. As an updated despite going in person to speak with the office manager on 8/27 it's 8/31 and this prescription was not sent as has been promised more than once now.

Ms. Darnette and Ms. Myisha, the ladies at the front desk are amazing! I'm always welcomed with a warm smile and hello. They ask me how I'm doing and are always very polite and helpful. These two ladies do not receive enough credit for the hard work that they do, and the difficult patients they deal with. I've witnessed both ladies deal with some very rude patients, and they still remain polite. I had to stop by the office last week to pick something up, it was about 4:30pm. Everyone in the office had already left for the day or was leaving. While there, a man came in, about 4:40pm. Both ladies said hello to him, and he kept looking at his phone. It seemed like he was looking for something on his phone, but he didn't speak. Finally, he spoke up, but was not providing much information. He was saying he received a voicemail msg about an opening for a procedure. I couldn't understand why he had to come into the office to tell the ladies that information. The appointment he was asking about was for December 3rd, I couldn't understand why he was in the office asking about an appointment so far out. Ms. Darnette had to keep trying to get information out of this man because he was not giving much information for anyone to understand why he was in the office. It took several minutes and several questions for her to get the man to tell her why he was even there. I was frustrated witnessing what was going on, but both ladies still remained very polite and professional. Over the past few years, I've witnessed too many patients being rude to both ladies, and it should not be that way. I've never seen the office manager step in to try to help resolve an issue. Ms. Darnette and Ms. Myisha both handle every situation in a professional manner, even when patients are being rude and disrespectful towards them.

While the providers I've seen have been okay and educational, this place overbooks every day and I have had numerous days wait times of over 2 hours to be seen. I would advise caution when making an appointment. It would appear they do not value your time, only your or your insurance companies' money.
