“Everyone is pretty nice. Curtis the tech was a crab at first, or so I THOUGHT. Then after spending a few minutes and letting him get his questions etc out of the way, he was very kind and explained everything before he did it which was nice when he is applying electric pulses. I really liked him. He is a Navy veteran. The dr was friendly, but not real gentle with the muscle probes. I would surely use them again though. I would ask for Curtis. He does a great job.”

Been going there about six months so far, and I have never been more pain free. Been diabetic since I was 8 am now 67 the neuropathy I have is off the charts, but thanks to them, I'm pain free. “I have to give the Via Disc procedure a 5 recommendation . I have gained flexibility and energy and lost pain and dread caused by scoliosis, stenosis and arthritis. I really didn't think it would work. Iso far I had 3 lumbar discs injected. My final procedure is next month. I am recommending this procedure to anyone who has limited disc depth. “I have visited the Frederick location 3times. In each visit it was evident that the practice is geared towards staff & billing. The physician demonstrated no interest in my medical history, repeatedly cutting me off, offered no patient education about testing or the process of testing, she repeatedly demonstrated any respect for my time & expected me, the pain patient to accommodate her lateness of 75 minutes. I was not there for any medication related services, I was sent to determine the degree of degeneration due to neuropathy. My Vet respects my dog more than this practice. Repeatedly being cut off, repeatedly mis-scheduling. If you wish to be recognized as a human being, expect kindness or recognition that you are in pain then skip scheduling with this team”
