“Staff in general are very friendly. Overall happy with the office staff. The doctors on the other hand not so much. The practioner that I see is awesome, listens to me and works with me, Kevin is fantastic. The main doctors that do the reviews yearly and fill in for him when he is out or sick horrible is the best word I have for it . They don't listen and their answer for me trying to explain to them what I am feeling or going through and asking and jumping through their "hoops" is "well if you don't like us you can find another place to go to". REALLY !!! THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CLIENTS ??? I understand you see alot of patients, but you chose this, and if you can't be sympathetic, compassionate, and listen to your clients, then quite frankly you don't need to have a job. We as clients come to you being in some of the worst pain we have ever experienced, and ask for you to listen, empathize, and try and help us. Each individual case is exactly that, INDIVIDUAL! You lump everyone in with the problem people and become frankly rude, apathetic, and non compassionate, all things as a doctor you CAN'T AND SHOULDN'T be. Then you think you are God's because you are the people that prescribe our meds and that you can just treat us as paying clients anyway you want. Don't get me wrong some people are just looking to use your tools incorrectly, but most people are looking for answers for some d the worst pain they have ever had, and it is your job and duty to give it to them if you can as doctors and people who CHOSE this field.”
