“Your online self-scheduling service needs to inform or adjust appointment times to notify patients if they need to arrive at a particular time. And not wait until the day before to notify patients they need to be there 40 minutes BEFORE THEY ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED!!! WHAT KIND IGNORANCE DOES THAT MAKE?? People have lives and schedules. And then to find out that I arrived 20 minutes before my scheduled time that Dr. A (not Ahmed) canceled my appointment when I've completed all online paperwork. Then, I only need to complete 5 min. of an additional piece of paperwork?? What kind of God complex does he have to screw with people's lives. People are in chronic pain and need the services promptly and not have to wait an additional month! This is an abuse of power and control. Off to a horrible start with this company. This place was highly recommended. Update: It actually took less than 1 minute to complete 9 questions. Really? Now, I've read the reviews. I don't understand how this doctor is still in practice with this company after the countless complaints of this such behavior. That's very fishy.”

“The office was very welcoming starting with the two beautiful ladies at the front and the Dr's assistant who made the appointment easier. Dr.Ahmed was very personable and made me feel comfortable and addressed my concerns about my pains etc. I was not rushed.I felt relaxed and was listened to. Will continue to see this Dr Ahmed for my problem.”

“The staff is amazing. The building is clean. It's a great experience for an outpatient procedure. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Can't say enough about the experience. Now their notification system is a completely different story. They will send notifications every single day in three different formats even after you request it to stop. Lots of people are complaining about it, but they don't fix it Or tweak it or change it. It's overwhelming. But the office itself and the staff themselves are amazing. I wish they would fix their notifications. or at minimum the language in their notifications because they will say it's Time to check in NOW Even though your appointment is not for five days away. If they fix the notifications system and took everyone's complaints seriously about it Then everything would be five star”
